Project Overview
The Collective required a finish that reflected its creative ethos while withstanding daily commercial use. Choice Concrete installed 35 m² of Graphite Grey polished concrete to the studio floor, providing a robust, low-maintenance surface suited to a high-traffic environment.
The project also included a black microcement unit created using the artist’s own tattoo ink, alongside a diamond-polished concrete worktop incorporating locally sourced aggregates. These bespoke features demonstrate the versatility of concrete as both a structural and expressive material.

The Solution
We installed Graphite Grey polished concrete flooring across the studio, selected for its durability and contemporary aesthetic.
In addition, a bespoke black microcement unit was created using the artist’s own tattoo ink, forming a unique feature within the space. A diamond-polished concrete worktop was also produced, incorporating locally sourced aggregates to enhance texture and character.
The combination of functional and bespoke elements required careful coordination.
